The network of national dynamics is formed of the blog forum. Editorial board of the NDN digital magazine is responsible for forums appearance and content and holds back to itself the right to modify the articles.
Anja Salmi holds a Post-Graduate Exam in Board Dynamics (Tavistock Institute). She is the CEO of the Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic Egofunktio Ltd as well as a board member of the AGSLO Foundation and the FINOD Association. Anja has long-standing experience working on the topic of large group dynamics based on Kleinian psychoanalytic thinking.
Arja Ropo is Professor of Management and Organization at the Faculty of Management, University of Tampere, Finland. Her continuing interest is leadership from an aesthetic and material organization theory perspective. Recently she has studied leadership and physical workplaces. She advances leadership theory as a sociomaterial concept, as an embodied relationship between human and the material. Her work has been published in the Leadership Quarterly, Leadership, Scandinavian Journal of Management, Journal of Management & Organization and Journal of Corporate Real Estate, among others.
Pertti Ahonen, D.Soc.Sc. (Political Science), M.Sc.Econ. (Accounting) is Professor of Political Science at the University of Helsinki, and previous Professor of Public Administration, with special reference to Public Financial Management at the University of Tampere. Among his most recent publications, he counts Evaluation, Annals of Public and Cooperative Economics, Sage Open, Big Data & Society, Administration & Society, International Journal of Critical Accounting, and Management & Organizational History. In 2015-2017 he is leading the research project Digital Humanities of Public Policy Formation financed by the Kone Foundation.
Arja Lerssi-Lahdenvesi, PhD (journalism) and M.Sc.Econ. (Knowledge Management), is communication consultant and change management coach. She has long and versatile career as a Head of Communication. In addition, she has acted as chief editor of a stakeholder magazine, lectured on media cooperation, and read up on change and strategic management. Her doctoral dissertation dealt with the social influence of nonpartisan newspapers on the editorial pages.
Aki-Mauri Huhtinen, (LTC (GS), PhD) is a military professor at the Finnish National Defence University in the Department of Leadership and Military Pedagogy. His areas of expertise are military leadership, command and control, the philosophy of science in military organizational research and the philosophy of war. He has published peer-reviewed journal articles, a book chapter and books on information warfare and non-kinetic influence in the battle space.
